She's been like that since her mate kicked her out of the nest, beat her up and ate all of the fry, about two months now. I have since relocated her mate. He was terrorizing all of the other tank mates, too. No other fish showing signs of it either.
 
I'm sorry I couldn't be more of a help but I do think it's lymphocystis they can be very mean fish especially when they have a batch o fry
 
how old is the injury? almost looks like a healing injury
