You and me both. They certainly deserve to be called monstrous, size difference aside it makes other catfish like the Goonch look like a cute cousin. Might turn out to be the perfect tankmates for my Channa bankanensis, as I've realized I should probably set up a low PH tank for them some time in a not too distant future.

These are my miniature version of the pacman catfish. Manageable in size. Impressive when eating.

They are available seasonally in the US. I bought them all from blue grass.
