arowana eye injury?

Check your water parameters could be cloudy eye. If parameters are stable the Aro probably braised it's eye against something.
i couldn't find my kit. anyways its gotten a bit worse since my last post. the white part seems to be slowly working its way down. i don't know if it just happened when i got home my uncle said it wasn't like that this morning. i did a 50 percent water change. i'll keep posted tomorrow.
It is as ive suspected. The white IS slowly progressing down the eye. Im going to get a new test kit and some aquarium salt. Should i get melafix as well? I havent used either before and i prefer to use medication as a last result
Test your parameters first before using any meds. I've cleared cloudy eye with just wc's.
i ended up finding the kit. nitrite 0 ppm nitrate .5 ppm ammonia .25 ppm. should i still use aquarium salt?
Do a water change and make sure you add a dechlorinator. You may have to up the % of water you change out. You should always have 0 ammonia. Adding more bio media will help also.
If you already did one I personally would wait until next wc but test your parameters until you resolve the issue with the ammonia.
