Don' even no how many fish i have in all thete. Stock consists of a large group of clown loach, smaller group of blue botias, yoyo locah, 4 Oscars varying sizes, 2 golden jags, a red tiger mota and some plecos and cats. T

I have 2 externall filters and one internal that process around 2400 l an hour I believe. With weekly water changes.

Let me know what you think. 20180107_083407.jpg

How big is the tank, and how many loaches do you have. Just from the pictures I would say that the loaches and 2 oscars will be enough for that tank

I agree with Bertie07,
I think you will be in for trouble once the jags and oscars put on some size. Red tiger motos are not known for their peace keeping skills either.

Is that a clown loach on the left inbetween the Oscar and mota?
Looks like a monster loach, you have a pic of him?
What size is tank out of curiosity

Tank is 400 l im aware of the size an aggressive nature of all. Kept fish for 20plus years. All fish are very peaceful and with all the filters water is spot on. Had most the cichlid from small living together. Big clown is about 9 inches and in total got about 7 from 2" up

I would say that if your water quality is good then you should be fine for a while but when all the fish get bigger there will be a problem, I would sell the golden jags and red tiger motas, you could eventually only have a Oscar and the clown loaches as they get big and produce a lot of waste but you should be fine for a while as long as you sell off your bigger cichlids

That is the plan to be fair. Any aggressive fish get moved on and the big o keeps the rest in check.

400 l =100 gallons

Seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Good luck.

Agreed. The tank is big enough for one Oscar in my opinion.
All the filtration in the world won't make the tank any bigger.
