HITH??

I'll be honest, these pics really aren't good enough for anyone to diagnose anything from it.
Do you have bad water quality or having issues with the fish? Basically, do you have a suspected reason for the fish to have HITH?

Sorry that's the best I can do, I don't really have a great camera. The water quality is good I keep up on my cleanings and water changes so I don't have a specific reason to suspect it.

look allot like scrapes, keep the water pristine and if it is will heal almost over night. if not and is HITH will take a few weeks, again best cure is pristine water for either.

Thank you, that was what I was leaning towards because all the fish in the tank are acting completely happy and healthy combined with the facts that those marks developed basically over night. Thanks for the advice I do water changes a week that is sufficient?
 
what do your nitrate tests say they are before water change? again just before water change.
 
5ppm seems low, API Master Fresh Water Test Kit?
