I remember as a kid, my mom trying to pass off a hamburger between to slices of white bread as being okay. I was like "not today mom, not today".

Growing up so did I and we did it with hot dogs too.It was nothing to us....bread is bread lol.

Yeah I still eat it anyway. We use regular bread for sloppy Joe (don't know why we call it that.) Too and I think it tastes better than hamburger buns.

Yeah, same, burger patty on bread, hotdog on bread.

Do a sausage sizzle with anything other than white bread and you're doing it wrong.
