They may have hidden the wrigglers, instead of eating them. Once the eggs hatch the parents immediately carry to wrigglers to a secluded place away from where the now fungusing eggshells were. They may be hidden away for 4 days before you see free swimming fry. So have patience and don't start rooting around in the tank, that's the easiest wy to get the parents spooked, then sure to eat the fry.

Do u think the female blue gene is larger than male and that could be adding to problem?

Wrigglers usually hang in one place before becoming free swimming, but without a photo it hard to tell, because there are many things that hang on the aquarium glass.
Here are some wrigglers attached to a surface.

having a large female should not be problem.
But Jds are easily spooked, especially from above, in nature birds are common natural predators, so shadows are instinctually seen as danger. And in nature they usually watch live bearers get a sense of danger, when the live bearers scatter, the jDs head for a hole or cave. If the live bearers are calm, so are JDs.

If the female or both parents are hovering over another spot in the tank, that may be where the wrigglers have been hidden, if they made it. Your pic does not appear to have viable fry in the pot. They would be constantly moving, wrigglers wiggle, hence the name. And parents usually move them away from the spot where the eggs were put down, to keep the old fungus covered eggs shells from infecting the fry
