Is this anchor worm and what is the best treatment option?

It had internal parasites so I did two rounds of PraziPro and no more white thick (seriously so thick) feces/worms are being passed. But now this is my next issue.

Parameters are: pH 6.5ish, ammonia 0ppm, nitrite 0ppm, nitrate 20ppm at most before weekly w/c, temp is around 80F. Volume is 300 gallons, with that being split between 210 gallon tank and 90 gallon sump. Stock is south american cichlids, giant gourami, fire eel, ornate bichirs, vulture catfish, eclipse catfish, and a dragon puffer (lives in a 40 gallon section of sump).

I'm in Canada so medication can be difficult to get sometimes.

Kind of looks like lymphocystis. I assume it’s the white spots. Don’t look like anchor worm. Unless u see something y shaped hanging off those lesions?

Lymphocystis will resolve on its own. Just need to be isolated as not to spread to other fish.

Okay, thank you. My fish all show mild symptoms of this. Is there anything I can do to hasten recovery?

Not really. It looks like from the pics but too clear. Would make sure the water is clean.

Also if u can take some up close and detail pics of it. It looks like lymphocystis but want to make sure.

That's the best quality picture I can get from my phone. Looking around online I agree with your diagnosis.
