Im training my new guys to eat floating dry food, but maybe this could work too...

worth a try for sure. yeah ive been thinking about some of the freeze dried blackworm cubes. apparently these blackworms are all that and the metaphorical bag in terms of nutrition but they are on the pricy side.

really wish i could get a big variety pack of everything they got cause theres so many different blends.

Yeah, will need to do more research, coz dont want anything that will crumble really quick or turn into a million pieces when it hits the water as it takes them time to find food most of the time...

gotcha. the pellets i get are on the softer side of the pellet hardness spectrum. i would say they crumble readily, but not easily is that makes sense. ive never seen what happens to them after 20 minutes or so because theyre usually gone by then.

Hmm... I’ll have to check that out. My plecos might like more variety, same with the snails and shrimp. I don’t feed enough for any other food to reach them, so this could work well. I’m sure if anything my koi will vacuum it all down if no one else likes it. Haha

I have been feeding my discus their freeze-dried black-worms for several years. An exceptional product. I actually feed the blackworms with spirulina to all my fish: cichlids, tetras, corydoras. My geophagus especially love them.
