Male or female convict cichlids?

Thank you for helping me. I am hoping these two are male. They are quite dark though. They have no orange on them .
One of the photos shows them with an obvious female. I am hoping the larger dark one is a male as they are showing interest in each other!

two on left look like males to me, colorful fish on right is a female

sometimes males just aren't as big or have the big fin extensions.
but yeah those are males.
