Hello, I recently got these 8 myleus schomburgkii wide bars about a month ago but the more I read about them it seems like there's different types of wide bar silver dollars. Or that they look different depending on where they are from. I was wondering if you guys could tell me which ones mine are? And I was also wondering why some of them don't fully display their bar, is it due to there being more dominant ones in the pack? Any other extra info is greatly appreciated. They are currently in a 125 gal growout but would eventually want to house them in a 600 gal with some datnoids and Arowana

Are
Looks like a few appear to be wide bars and the rest (majority) are thin bars. The bar can be faded depending on stress. Wouldn’t worry as the fish settle in it’ll be more stable. Link below for more info.

are there different types of thin bars? I was under the impression that the thin bars had a red Hook? And yeah I'm believing it might be stress since they are all constantly beating each other up.

Thin bars have a red hook. Wide bars will have blue hook. Not sure about differnet types of thin bars. However sd’s can vary from different countries where they are collected so I assume for thin bars as well.

Thanks for input, I'm really hoping these guys are wide bars since I'm not really into the thin bars lol. I'm hoping some of them do turn it to be wide bars and I'll just sell off the thin bars
