my bristlenose pleco is hanging under the filter seems fine just wanted to make sure he shouldnt get burnt by it

I wouldn't worry. Especially a smaller fish like that, the glass on heaters barely even gets warm unless you block off the water flow to a large area of it.
That's not unusual behavior for a BN. Looks like he's enjoying a little cover and concealment. His fins are intact, no fin nipping going on. Likely not hiding to avoid aggression. Your BN will move if things get too warm.

Looks like a bristlenose? No way, they're one of the easiest fish to breed. Just a few steps below things like guppies, platies, etc.
