Anyone here have/use one? They work great. Set the time / temp and walk away and ignore it except for adding wood chips every other hour or so. Most tender meat ever.

My pork tenderloin came out kinda dry, I think because it pretty lean. Should of wrapped in bacon. Wrapping anything in bacon, can only improve it!Yum may be getting some elk meat soon (fingers crossed).
