Hi everybody! My silver dollars have started destroying my plants. Should have expected it, I know. But they weren’t at first. They might stay they might go. Regardless, I’ve been toying with the idea of some rainbow fish in there. Sarah pickle lemon (arowana) is maybe 4.5-5 inches? definitely still a tiny baby. She still isn’t comfortable with eating a full Hakari stick. So I don’t see eating them being an issue. ***yet*** but I just wanna get everybody’s opinion. Add some *changing* color to the tank. Opinions?

how big is ur tank

Oh lord. I forgot to clarify that. I’ll do it here-
Remember. 4.5-5 inches. ***YES. I know how big they get. YES. She will have a very large tank. YES. For right now she’s in a 125 gallon tank. (4.5-5 inches guys, she’s fine.) YES. I know how fast they grow. YES. I love her and would never do anything to hurt her, I know what she needs, and I’m waiting for the perfect opportunity for the perfect tank. ****
I’m not trying to be sassy. But anybody with an arowana knows you’re going to get torn apart unless you practically show legal document that you know how big they get and you’re a responsible pet owner.

Personally would be a challenge even with the largest species of Rainbow may get eaten once the Silver Aro grows over 1 ft .

Wait a year till your aro is pushing 2ft in her 500g then add discus:-)

Or do this.
