Tank size for lima shovelnose catfish

I got a good deal on a shovelnose that is 5inch and growing out in my 60 gallon tank would a 180 be ok I plan on getting it in a few weeks
I plan on getting the 180 also whats a good algae eating pleco thts big enough for an oscar not to eat tried bristlenose and oscar ate em

180g should be plenty big enough. See mostly elongatus being brought in and since they get about a 1 ft in length u should be good.

I80 is perfect for them, maybe a large adult chocolate pleco would be tolerated by the pleco?

I've seen them get about 8 inches or so before

dang u think its fine if the tank is 18inch instead of 24 for a shovelnose 30inch high
