I thinked about making lined 500 gallon indoor pond or to make coldwater that you can find on my other thread so i want to know which is cheaper.so reason of these post is to ask you cheap way to solve humidity and heating problem.i wanted on keeping silver arowana 2 senegals bichirs and 2 oscars.

And i wanted to build in side panel in that aquarium heavy plant it with java fern in background and maybe put koi in it.and how big filter should i build and how strong pump(pond is 2 meters by 1meter and 1 meter depth,i wanted to build waterfall if it is possible,i will put net if necessary for arowana.

I would make the pond 240 x 120 x 75 height to allow a big surface area for arowana. As a filter I would do a big sand filter rated for ponds over 1000 gallons

I want to build overhead sump of pond so how big it should be.and how strong pump i need(how many times an hour it needs to turn water from pond

Yeah cm, the over head sump would work, I would make the pump be able to turn over about 6-7 times the water in the pond an hour, it won’t actually be this rate as it has to pump upwards but a sump should have 5-6 times flow rate of the pond an hour, as for size it depends on the size of the sump, for that size pond I would go for a fluidised bed filter
