I bought a pair of borourti about a month ago they don't want to eat! I've tried lettuce , talipia and pellets. Do you have any advise

Bocourti are primarily vegetarian, so things like fish fillets are not a realistic choice.
Pellets and veggies like lettuce and thawed peas should be readily taken, unless something like water parameters, tank size, or take mates or off (they need a lot of space, I grew mine out as juvies in 6 ft tanks) where would even eat hair algae, and dandelions.

They come from hard water, slow flowing rivers and lakes, and although they will eat an occasional insect, crustacean, or worm, are not fish eaters.

Aquarium has been well-established for a year-and-a-half I have also tried peas cucumber Veggie tablets they eat very little I have actually never seen my female eat but obviously she's has eating something because I have had them 6 weeks my tank readings are my water is on the hard side my pH is about High sevens to low Eights tank size is 220 gallons 6 foot by 24 by 30 tankmates 15in black arowana for my top dweller 9 in Tiger shovelnose for bottom dweller
