So if anyone is in the area they are having a moving sale after over 50 years on rt 17 south in Ramsey New Jersey they are either closing or relocating .. kind of sad might be another loss or downsizing

Nice little place,I stopped in years ago....back before gas prices got ridiculous and I didn't mind driving all over New Jersey to check out shops.

Sorry to side track the thread

$3.50 per gallon works out to be about in $1.25 per litre in Aus,
Last week i paid $1.67 for premium here (even worse a couple of weeks before that)
That's about $4.70 US per gallon, and i put 400 klms (about 250 mile) per week on the car just getting to and from work, let alone anything else

Do that in a thirsty 6 cylinder and you know about it

Be happy

This is in Singapore. On top of sgd 70-80k for a bread and butter korean or jap car that you can only drive for 10 years

Can we get back to the topic? Fish town has been there forever. It sucks another small shop is disappearing. I used to go there often to see their mascot the monster albino RTC that lived in the pond

Yes,that was the first albino RTC that I had ever seen and it was a big boy.I wonder if they still have it and I hope that they are simply relocating and not going out of business.

RIP fish town, had some cool stuff once in a while and the owner was nice. Had good shrimp selection.
While we are at it RIP Kazimir's pets in hackansack NJ. Was my first job, lots of memories there. And the store was there for 50 years, even had monkey cages in the back. Just closed down this year.
