Considering he has a 4,000 and a 3,000 gallon tank and not to mention rare fish that everyone can only have in our dreams, I'd say he is the man we want to ask.

What amazing passion! That 200k est. is actually pretty good. Material cost would be a bit over 100k and with lighting, filtration and installation... 200-250k would be my guess. He claims all the fish were caught by himself so the stock was almost free . And of course that is what it would cost to build it.. doesn't mean that is what the person paid.
