L024? LFS says Hi Fin Red Tail Pleco

found this odd lil fella hiding away in one of the tanks at the LFS here and when i asked him what it was, even he was surprised about it.

apparently it's been in there for some time and they had forgotten about it.

is it a l024?

hope i had my poker face on and he didn't see my excitement. maybe i can score him for cheap

LFS is only asking 5 dollars approx. So i guess it's some mutant common or sailfin?
