When to move juvenile flower horn into bigger tank?

Hi guys any suggestions on when to move the juvenile flowerhorn into much bigger tank?what size and how old?Thank you so much.

When I had my FH, he was about 3 inches...started off with an 80g. When he hit 12 inches a year later, I moved him into a 120g.
