Shorter taller body shape and blurred facial markings suggests female.
Nuachal hump can appear in females as well as males, normally when there are other females present. It's a dominance thing
You cant always be right when trying to sex fish from one photo. If you can send some more I may be able to give a more positive answer.
But my best guess from that pic is female.
