Now that all you guys are complaining about how this post is "no longer fun" and the girl " took offense" when the guys were just having fun ( like they do) do you think the mods, who are so busy with their lives, will take notice and put a "fork in this"?

I don't know,that's up to them lol....and I sure didn't say that the thread isn't fun, heck it certainly was a little amusing to me but now the repetion is getting a little boring.

I do wish you'd be more specific, what exactly do you find sexist? Give us more specific examples, you can't fix a problem if you don't identify one.

Educate yourself. Look up sexism in the dictionary and then go through the thread again.

I agree-- it does need a fork in it-- needed to be closed days ago when I first reported a post.

No, closing the post at that point was not heavy handed. It should have been done.

There are other remedies that the mods have at their disposal for such occurrences so I don't see why the entire thread would have had to be nuked.The member did offer an apology for what he said,is he not to be forgiven?

1. His comments ( in this thread) were not hypothetical. A hypothetical scenario is an exploration of a "What if question". Which is most likely what you meant.
2/. The hypothetical situation you present can only be hypothetical. What do I think about this hypothetical? It would never have been responded to in the same way by women. Others feel differently- therefore, we all speculate.
