Pics of my tank and how it is struggling

As you can see my fish are all pail, idk y, and the tank is guaranteed to be cycled now. Its been like 3 months

I think the light looks very bright, and there is no cover in the tank really, no shade. Plus the light substrate, is combining to wash them out. What I would do is add lots more in the upper reaches of the tank, combo of wood and plants. And either get some less intense lights, or get a bunch of floating plants to block some of the light; they will probably grow well in there too.
 
7th picture, is that a pike?
Is it cloudy for anyone else or just me? Anyway, I'd toss in a couple hardy plants like Anubis nana and reap the benefits. Anarcharis is good too. Hornwort. Cabomna (wrong spelling).

water looks milky too, or maybe that is the bright light. you say your tank is "guaranteed" to be cycled? don't bank on it. have you tested your parameters to be sure everything's hunky dory.

Yep is a dwarf green pike

Thing is hornwort may not grow well in this tank, was wondering if i could use frobit for floating plants? Also do you know any moss that grows long and easy to grow, java moss seems too short eh?

Yea tested, nitrates at 30ppm right now, i have issues
