How can I get rid of parasites in blood worms because last time I fed blood worms to my discus they got parasite and now I need to feed BW to my baby peacock bass because they don’t want to eat anything else and I don’t want them to get sick or die .
So I need to know how to kill parasites in blood worms

Frozen is 99% safe than live but will have less nutritional value.
