Arowana ID? Albino?

Doesn't look albino, eyes aren't red or pink, and I see black pigment in the eyes.

The red pigment comes from being able to see blood in the eye thanks to a lack of melanin to block it. If the lighting isnt conducive to allowing this backlighting to be visible, as it often is not in an aquarium, that doesn't mean that the fish isnt albino.

It's much easier to see it faintly in person rather than in photos.
