Ich on Hampala ampalong?

Its on the tail. There are two white dots.
Hello; I did and do see two spots on the base of the tail fin that could be ich. (ick) If ich then the entire tank will have to be treated and more spots will likely show up soon.

Hi. Its been like a day and the spots are still the same and no new ones have appeared. Its also eating very well. Are ich spots supposed to be furry?

Shouldn’t be furry. Should be seeing more spots as days pass. Could be some small fungal foci. Keep up with clean water and a little salt at 1 tsp per gallon can get it to go.

Hello; This sounds right. It has been a few days and if it is ich there should be more white spots showing up on this or other fish soon.

Two things come to mind. If no more white spots show up then the "fuzzy" spots might be an infection of the individual fish. This can likely be treated on the individual fish and not the entire tank. The individual can be treated in a hospital tank with dips or a long soak or some other procedure.

If more ich spots do show up then the fuzzy spots may be a secondary infection from where the parasite had been attached. In that case the entire tank will need to be treated. You may be facing two different problems. One being the ich parasite and the other a secondary opportunistic infection.

Regardless may I join kno4te in suggesting you do some stepped up water changes (WC) in an attempt to keep the tank clean and keep the water quality good. Clean water should keep the secondary infections down.
If there is a chance you have been overfeeding then cutting back on the feeding can have a positive effect on water conditions. I have gone to two or more fasting days a week the last decade or so with good results.
The salt as suggested is a common suggestion as a general treatment. You might want to do bit of checking to see if you have any species that are especially sensitive to salt.
Good luck
