Hey, so I was curious on what the best frozen foods for smaller catfish. I currently feed frozen Mysis shrimp and bloodworms, soaked with nourish. However i feel like there's probably better frozen foods to be feeding them. The catfish in question are about 3-4in. and from the drifwoodcat family. Anyways please tell me if you have any better frozen foods i should feed them instead, since I know bloodworms typically lack a lot of nutrition.
Thanks in advance!

I’ve tried frozen black worms and cut up bite size tilapia seems to work well with smaller catfish. Despite this I still soak with vitachem just to be on the safe side.

Actually they are not about the same, not even close.

That's good to know, looks like I got something else to add to the shopping list.
