so after using weld on 40 to reinforce the seems I noticed that there is now crazing on the end panel 24"x24". some are deep enough to catch my fingernail. my thoughts were to have another piece of acrylic cut and using the weld on 40 to join the two putting the new piece on the outside, kinda like laminating the 2 together. or cutting the new panel 1/4" short on all sides and putting it inside, using the weld on to fill the gap between the sides and the new panel. but that would leave an air gap between the two that I think would not be as strong. what are your ideas or thoughts?

Crazing can be sanded out. I would do option 2. Cutting it slightly shorter. Will be unsightly though

I think I could try sanding it. I have all the stuff to do it. I just finished cutting and buffing the front and sides.
before
after but still needing the novus polish.

If you are going to sand it out start low grit. I’d recommend as low as 220.
