No I don't but apparently one outranked the other and they were investigating the scene of a traffic accident when the dispute and fistfight broke out.....at some point the sgt drew his weapon and fired rounds at the constable,hitting him at least once in the leg.
Was he aiming at his leg? Seems a weird place to aim, although this is a stupid situation so Idk?

Most barely know anything about guns sadly, many also aren't good with knowledge of law either.
I really think many cops need more training in how to use their firearms.
