South American Giant BB Cat

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
On pcf it does say under the bufonis i.d that the range is so huge that bufonis is likely a group of species rather than one distinct species .the genus needs alot of work. Search the black bufonis on here to see an interesting variation.

For my intents and purposes, all three are GBBC bufonis. Great job guys. I wonder what happens if you plop more than one into a tank. It sounds like you want to find out. But be prepared to separate either with a divider or into a different tank, if the initial confrontation is too vicious or if it becomes regular.

Looking good, how big now? Mines at 6"... They should start getting a lot chunkier soon:-)

Get away from me you creepy peepy tom with your torch light! I am half dressed and going to bed!

Luckily mine has chosen a spot under an internal filter in full view, he knows the food comes when he is there lol.
Mine is 6" and ate a 4. 1/4" red wolf recently, little sod... I thought I was way to big but he folded it I guess... At a beefy 10" I wouldn't keep any slim fish the same size with one...
Never trust;-)
