I have heard clown loaches clicking sounds , but are there any other fish that can be heard making sounds while they are in the water?

Clown loaches, catfish and knife fish make noises.
Cool I just went and watched a video with them croaking!
Here are a couple sentences from a chapter called Cichlid Speak, in the book "The Cichlid Fishes, Nature Grand Experiment in Evolution".
"During aggressive exchanges, the rainbow cichlid, produces what have been described as volleys, & thumps or purrs."
"The tilapia Oreochromis mossambicus has a relatively rich repertoire of sounds, produced by grinding its pharyngeal teeth. Adult males vocalize when territorial, and when attracting females. Their fry start doing this when only 3 weeks old.".

African knives have done it (none in my experience), many catfish grunt, squeak or hiss when agitated and I believe polypterus can do some vocalisations.

Fresh water stone fish Batrachomoeus trispinosus, used to grunt at me.
Megaladoras Irwini and it's smaller Raphael cousins for sure.
