Well its almost did. on my 600 gallon by Tenecor.

Agreed, that looks fixable but you need to find out why that happened in the first place. Check for level and examine the stand as well

I'd say that there is a good chance that the styrofoam under the tank has weakened the seams. Plywood should be used, not styrofoam. Foam distorts with time, making the tank unlevel, and shifting the weight onto the seams, eventually causing them to fail. Foam should only be used under rimless glass tanks, not acrylic tanks or glass tanks with rims. How long has that piece of foam been under the tank?

What are the dimensions? How thick material? How long has it been like that? Did it just appear or did you first notice it a long time ago and it’s getting bigger?
