Acclimating a fish that was delayed during shipping

What ended up happening? I know liveaquaria gives a 14 day guarantee. Just wondering when fish ended up arriving and if it survived.

The fish arrived dead unfortunantely and although I asked for a replacement fish they just refunded me.
