Depends on tank size and individual temperament. Ive seen most parachromis in community type setups but have always been told it comes at a risk becuase they sometimes just snap and kill everyone for sport. I only have first hand experience with dovii and they do ok when young with other fish but by ok I mean only went through like a dozen tankmates in 4 months. My female didn't tolerate tankmates after about 6-8 inches. I think with big enough living quarters you could get alot of things together. Talking about 1000+ gallons.
