Your Move,Viper!

You use a toaster? I use a skillet.

Now, my eggos(waffles) are in trouble.
Yeah really,a regular toaster won't heat up a cheese sammich enough but it's just right for waffles and whatnot.
Hahaha omg guys, y'all make me giggle.

I don't put the cheese in the toaster (lol!), but the bread needs toasting before the cheese goes on hence, the toaster. :P

I've never done grilled cheese in a pan, always under the grill. Is it tricky to get right in the pan? I imagine myself burning it in a pan just like I burn everything else that I put in one haha

Hmmm...I love the buttered bread for grilled cheese. One of the few things I can cook.

Haha good point on the cheese but the bread still is not hot enough to melt the cheese much when it pops up outt of the toaster. We have always made them in the pan...gotta have that bread buttery.

I can cook:
Toast (if that counts?)
Cottage pie
Chicken soup
Lasagne
Spaghetti
Potato bake
And cake

That's my entire list. Oh, and I roast a mean lamb. :p

But anything else comes out either still raw, completely charcoal or a weird mix of both haha

Do y'all not have a grill with the oven? The bit in the top that just has an "on" setting and no heat adjustment? I'm not sure if there's another name for it, I've always known it as "the grill" lol

That's how I melt the cheese, toast bread, butter and put cheese on, and under the grill for 5-10. Makes the cheese slightly crispy too. :)

not sure what it is. This is how I do it. Butter one side of each bread(then face down). Put cheese on unbuttered side then join the other unbuttered side of the 2nd bread together. Flip it back and forth until browning starts(but not too much).

I have what's called "chef Shamy flavored butter" I use the garlic flavor to amplify my grilled cheese experience (cream cheese can also be used)

Yep,that looks good and that's a fine looking skillet too.Sometimes I put some ham in my sammich.
You made me hungry so I made one, was delicious!
