What do you all think about Antonio brown going to the raiders ?
Wonder how good he'll be without ben feeding him the ball
Basically the raiders traded Amari Cooper a 3rd and a 5th for Brown and a 1st. Hard to argue that it wasn’t a very good deal for the Raiders.
Yeah. Cowboys did real good!I disagree. Amari is one of the most underrated wr's in the game. The kid put up 1000 yard seasons back to back in his 1st two yrs. Thats pretty much un heard of it usually takes a few yrs for them to develop. Allot of people talk about the 3rd yr break outs with these kids. Only 24 yrs old too. I loved the trade and wouldnt have had a problem if they gave up more i think oakland got shafted tbh. Always keeps his mouth shut and doesn't act like a diva. He completely changed the cowboys offense almost from day 1.
Imo Antonio is a good wr but overrated. He gets what 10 15 targets a game. Ben being a gunslinger never scared to just toss the ball up. He wont find that with Carr, the guy doesnt have a quarter of the balls ben has. Cant throw a wr open if that makes sense. Check down charlie lol

Well when your quarterback has a talk show and criticizes the other players it may not be helpful. Big Ben is very good but might have gotten a little too big. It will be interesting to see how Brown does with the Raiders. Jerry Rice played into his 40s and Tim Brown consistently made over a 1000 yards until he was 36. I think it's a little early to say that Antonio is over the hill or that Derek Carr is a "bad" quarterback.65,31,20,32,76,36,75, 58, 106, 217, and 180. Cooper has three good games since joining the Cowboys. The rest are pedestrian to bad. Cooper is good and does have potential but I think it is premature to call him a difference maker. Brown certainly has off field issues but to call him over rated is just not correct. Everyone knows he is getting the ball and he still has averaged 93 catches per season and that includes his rookie season where he only had 16.
That being said I Hope Brown does have a significant decline. As a Steelers fan I am not happy with the value returned in the trade.
