Cheap acrylic / glass for sale

Guys I've been thinking about doing a plywood aquarium forever now. The only thing stopping me is I don't know where to buy cheap acrylic or glass. Does anybody know any good places where I can get a good deal?

I inquired with glasscages awhile back and their prices were pretty reasonable...shipping can be expensive and take awhile depending on where youre at though.

How big a panel are you talking? For my recent plywood build, i bought a 60"x30" glass table top off of amazon for 180 and free shipping. Not many sizes bigger than that available there though.

I previously built a 96 x 36 x 36 plywood aquarium with 1/2 tempered. I had to cut the tank up when I moved because it wouldn't fit through the door. I still have the glass and I'd be happy to give it to you if you're in the Chicago area. Let me know and I'll measure the exact dimensions but it's a few inches short of 96x36.
