New Ray , Best Process to "Quaratine"

What are your process when adding a new ray to your collection? Do you use meds to treat possible internal,external parasites, or lice..(what specific meds)? Do you medicate as a preventive? How long do you quarantine your Ray? What are some signs to look for? Hopefully to get some answers from the experienced ray owners. Your answers will be appreciated. I would like to get my basic foundation squared. Thank you.

Al of my rays comes from people i know and trust so i dont qt them at all in fact. But ive got some friends who has bought wc rays and they treat them with prazipro first for internal parasites them they give them an cure of tremazol.

PraziPro has the same active ingredient as Tremazol. They both are prazi, praziquantel. Any idea why your friends use two diffrent meds of the same type after each other?

Well it doens hurt to give them an extra treatment when i bought wc cichlas i gave them first an prazi treatment then an octazin then an parazin p treatment just to cover alot of stuff.
