Man arrested for allegedly smuggling fish in a bag around his neck into Adelaide

The Australian Border Force says a Vietnamese man was caught trying to bring an endangered fully red Asian arowana into Adelaide Airport.

Sadly the fish was euthanized. The Vietnamese man, traveling from Malaysia, faces 10 years' imprisonment and a fine of up to AUS$210,000.
