So I want to get rid of 2 bullheads, but now one has interest or the right tank size for them so im stuck with them.
They don't have enough space in my tank so I want to rehome them but it will probably take a long long time before I can find a good house for them.

So I wanted to make some more space in my tank for them to move. But is that a smart idea? All the wood gives a lot of hiding spaces and because of that it reduces the aggression of my fish.
The stocking right now is:
1 ctenopoma leopard
1 arowana knifefish
2 gold eels
1 polypterus orni.
1 sveni crenicichla
1 algue eater (idk what type but the common big one)
2 bullhead catfish (prob. black bullheads)
1 spine eel

So my first question was is it smart to make my tank a little bit more openspace?
And how would you guys rescape it? All tips are welcome. I was thinking about moving the wood and stones to the left side. And then keeping the right sight almost completely open. But if I do that all the fish will go to the left side and that will become a problem with the aggressive sveni and knifefish

yes im stocking 11 fish in this tank and only 1 or 2 are visible.....

IMO, your tank already looks good. I guess if you wanted to change the scape up, maybe add a more complex hardscape. That's all a matter of taste. As for the Bullhead Catfish, why re-home them? In the U.S.A they are native fish, just turn them loose. Good luck with your project.

Never, ever release captive fish back into the wild even if they are native to said area...

The reason for this is because you could potentially introduce new antibiotic resistant diseases and bacteria into the local waterways or even diseases that have yet to surface in the fish...

I live in the Netherlands. I caught them in France 4 years ago. They are a pest here... they destroy everything in the France waters. So thats not a really good option
