what about something like this? Looks like a lot of salt creep. Would that be easy to clean and safe for freshwater?

Easy just use vinegar. The salt sump should work too. Just dont need the skimmer. Trade it in at lfs for some credit.

I think these tanks are over priced. I would get a quote for a new one just to use as a baseline
