Is this a black flowerhorn?

Hello Everyone!

I came across this FH in an LFS recently. He is comlletely black except for the irridiscence from scales.
I am aware that some FH tend to darken under stress. But this one s totally blacked out. Couldnt locate a single patch of blur or green or gold base.
What do you folks think?
Black FH?
Or a super stressed out FH?
Or one of those rare females that turn all black before egg laying?

If the tank temp is low I think he is just a little stressed or he couldve possibly been put in the tank recently.

Black flowerhorn aren't a thing yet but there are strands out there that shows more black pearls and dark base. This flowerhorn looks stressed tho still nice looking flowerhorn.

There are already a number of black cichlids in nature, I don't see the point in making fake ones.
Stomatepia pindu, is only one.
