As many of us are aware, LFS Flowerhorns are certainly a mixed bag (no pun intended). However, we've also seen that some of these inexpensive fish turn out to be stunners. That said, I'd like to journal and provide a growth thread for this new guy (George) that I recently picked up. He's currently settling in to his 29G grow-out, where I will monitor his progress and eventually upgrade his accommodations. My pictures are typical FAR BETTER quality
than the one I've posted, but it was quickly taken with my iPhone (not my DSLR).
Anyhow, here is his first official picture @ 1.5". I look forward to updating his progress every few weeks. Not sure of his strain (ZZ or RD), but thought I'd grow him out anyways. Cheers!
