Where to get Water Lettuce for my fish?

Anyone have any idea where can I get pistia stratiotes (water lettuce) for my Snakehead. Places near the north or Seragoon in Singapore.
 
In my region we can collect it from a few ponds and irrigation ditches, check a few spots like that and you maybe surprised,
