I've been doing some research and came upon seachem flourish. I found the regular seachem flourish, excel, iron, potassium, trace and advance. I just wanna something to help my plants be healthy and grow also won't kill my algae for my pelco.

Depends on ur plants and their needs. Flourish by itself is good for easy growing plants. Excel is good source of co2 without getting a co2 tank. Iron is needed especially you have red plants. My simple way of looking at it.

I have anubias nana plant

I have all the Seachem line. I dose Iron very rarely if I see yellowish leaves. Same goes for potassium. You need to buy just Seachem Flourish comprehensive for you nana. No need to buy any other fertz in my opinion.

If you don't have co2 then you can use flourish excel as a substitute for co2 injection but that is also your choice. Be warned excel has algacide properties so if you want to keep algae for your pleco then don't use excel.

Flourish name is confusing. Don't pay attention to the word flourish itself. Just pay attention to the word which comes after the word flourish.

Flourish Excel: As a substitute to co2

Flourish comprehensive: combination of all necessary fertilisers (You need this)

Flourish Iron: Contains Iron for plants

Flourish Potassium: contains potassium

And so on.

You can watch this very informative video about potassium and iron and how often use them. I never used other fertz like phosphorus etc and my plants never had any issues.

My dosing schedule is:

Flourish comprehensive Saturday

Flourishing Iron (very little) Tuesday
Flourish Potassium Tuesday

And repeat this and plants are lush green always with strong leaves and no yellow or damaged leaves at all. Seachem line is the best.

Hope this helps.

I don't seem to find Flourish comprehensive is it Flourish advance

I wouldn't add anything unless plants become your main goal. Most easy low tech plants will grow fine with proper lighting and regular water changes. Anubias nana is a super slow grower that doesnt need much of anything. Mine grows fastest in my hob refugium with no direct lighting at all.

The seachem products are fantastic, but get very expensive very fast if you have anything bigger than a 10g.

I have brought almost 50 in total and they have have lost there green color and died on me. I don't wanna be using more money to buy more plants if they keep dying on me. I only have 1 left in my tank. I even trim of they yellow part but they still die on me to with that.
