Its times like these im glad i dont have to do event setups anymore... used to have to work the full day, go home rest up and start organizing the event venues starting at midnight and finishing at 4am - 6am just to rinse and repeat the process till it was all done... Then it would be the same thing all over again when it came time to dismantle the venue after the shows over...

for me no later than 8pm to get up at 4. 6 or 7 better. I prefer a good 10 hours of bed time a night these days. part of that is reading.

My husband and I went to bed around 9-9:30 for him to get up at 1am for work.
I normally don’t get up till 6am, but I like to see him off. I did go back to bed though. Even going back to bed I’m dragging this morning. I don’t do well on broken sleep.
Between broken sleep, school, and potty training two puppies I’m beyond exhausted already:1zhelp:

I haven't slept more than 2 hours in a row for the past 10 years.
I fall asleep easy and I wake up easy.
Today I got up quite early as it was my oldest buddy Bob's first real day of retirement.
I took him out to the target club and to lunch.
It's time to get the boat back out on the water, now that the summer heat is starting to break up.
