12mm should be more than adequate. 15mm is just adding a lot of unnecssary weight IMHO. Assuming it will be a framed aquarium.
google starfire glass. I have a 150g made of it and its awesome!
I used 12mm and I don't have a pic but I could get one tomorrow for you. not much to see as it has only 1 fish in it.
