Senegal bichir with mbuna cichlids

The Mbuna are too aggressive personally wouldn't do it. Even with the so called peaceful species.

Really even yellow labs and rusties. Also I'am a beginner to cichlids so would peacocks be safe with a bichir in a 75 gallon. Thanks

I had this male Peacock in with them for a few months but had to remove him. The Peacock became pushing especially to one female Senegal Bichir. So now he is in the big boy aquarium.

Ok not sure what to do then because I like bichirs and lake malawi cichlids

any other colour full chlids that could go in a 75 gallon are beginner friendly and won't kill a bichir?

You could give it a shot but be prepared to remove the Cichlid's or Bichirs.

That Firemouth in my Avatar was pretty good with the Senegal Bichir until he passed.

Yeah I only have a 20 gallon and my lfs wouldn't take one of em
