Fish is still a little young for 100% ID but looks like ocellaris to me.

I was considering that but normally by that size there would be a hint of black above or below the spots on an ocell. At least all mine had that. The head shape with the spangling around the spots without any color is throwing me off. It has characteristics of a few babys
